EVE, the leader in hardware/software co-verification, announced today that it has become a member of the Silicon Integration Initiative (Si2), an organization of 95 industry-leading companies in the semiconductor, electronic systems and electronic design automation (EDA) industries.
By joining Si2, EVE will have an opportunity to work cooperatively with other EDA tool providers on the development and adoption of standards to improve verification methodologies.

At the end of March, developer CCP announced quite an exciting offer for players of Eve Online. A deal had been signed with Nvidia to allow Eve’s in-game Pilot License Extension (PLEX) currency to be used to purchase a real-world GeForce GTX 560 graphics card.
Japanese sandbox fans are saying domo arigato this morning, as CCP and Nexon have officially launched a localized version of EVE Online in the land of the rising sun.
