Sandeep Kohli is Chairman of the Great Indian Restaurant Company (GIRC), which deploys scalable, chef-independent, branded quick-service foodservice concepts in India. Previously, Sandeep served as Managing Director of Yum! Restaurants International from 1996 to 2007, where he restructured the business strategy and grew the business in India, Pakistan and surrounding countries. Prior To Yum! Restaurants, Sandeep was a Director and General Manager for American Express, Travel Related Services division.
Sandeep is a graduate of the Delhi University, earning a B.A. in Economics and an M.B.A.
